The Amplifier Framework

  1. Define the End State

Sit alone, no AI. Write what success looks like. Name audiences specifically. Describe texture, not just deliverables.

  2. Map the Flow

Phase A — list tasks yourself. Phase B — AI reviews for gaps. Phase C — brainstorm each gap, decide.

  3. Assign Tasks

Run each task through the four-question Decision Filter. If unclear, decompose and try again.

  4. Select the Tool

Five characteristics: input/output, context need, conversation or single shot, accuracy need, frequency.

  5. Prepare and Direct

Three things — full context, expected output, success criteria. Define criteria BEFORE seeing output. Two-step prompting: your language first, AI's optimised version second.

  6. Execute

Do your human tasks. Direct AI on its tasks. The thinking is done.

  7. Evaluate

Check against criteria from Step 5. Not against how it sounds. Against your written criteria.

  8. Integrate

Assemble. Stress-test against the End State. Small fixes: just fix them. Structural problems: trace to the root step.

The Decision Filter — run each task through these four
