Intellectual property. The book, the Amplifier Framework, the AMQ (its questions, scoring and result texts) and all content on this site are the property of Nandan Gijare. You may quote short passages with attribution. You may print the worksheets for your own use and your team's. You may not reproduce the AMQ or the framework reference for commercial purposes without permission.
The AMQ is a self-assessment, not advice. It describes your defaults on the day you took it. It is not a psychological test, an employment assessment or professional advice of any kind, and it should not be used to make decisions about other people.
No warranty. The site is provided as is. Tool names in the directory are reviewed twice a year and may be out of date between reviews.
