Privacy

Plain language first; the legal text follows once reviewed by counsel before launch.

What is collected

Nothing before you take the AMQ. The assessment runs in your browser. After your result you may choose to leave an email, optionally a first name and a role, and your placement (category, band, date) so it can be kept for comparison with your retake and so you can be reminded when six months have passed.

The newsletter asks for an email only. The contact and programme forms ask for name, email and your message. The downloads unlock asks for the email or order ID you bought with, to check against the buyer list.

Analytics: a single privacy-respecting, cookieless analytics tool records page views and the funnel measures the site is designed around (assessment starts and completions, retakes, downloads, buy-link clicks). No advertising pixels.

What is done with it

Sending you your result and the retake reminder; sending the Landscape update if you subscribed; replying to your enquiry; verifying access to downloads. Data is held with the email service provider that sends these messages. Nothing is sold or shared with anyone else.

Your choices

Every email has a one-click unsubscribe. To see or delete what is held about you, use the contact form. Results you have not chosen to save exist only in your browser and disappear when you clear it.

This page will be finalised with legal counsel before launch, including retention periods and governing law.
