In brief
Nandan Gijare started in Indian IT — CMC Limited, then the National Stock Exchange — left corporate life to build businesses of his own, and now runs two education ventures in Pune: I2CAN Education, which trains doctors in aesthetic medicine, and A Factor, which reframes vocational training around professional roles. When ChatGPT arrived he went deep, used the tools in his own work for three years, and noticed that most people in his network were getting worse with them, not better. The eight things he was doing differently became the Amplifier Framework, and then the book.

I am someone who has used these tools seriously for a few years, watched what they did to my work and to my thinking, and developed, over time, a way of working with them that I have come to believe is right. The book is the codification of that way of working. It is not a book about AI in any technical sense. It is a book about how to think clearly when a powerful tool sits beside you, and how to remain yourself while using it."
"I figured this out in roughly three years. Most of those years were spent doing things I did not need to do. I have come to believe that the people who are right now where I was three years ago do not have three years to repeat my journey. I want to compress the three years into something closer to three months."
Work
Managing Director of I2CAN Education, an aesthetic medicine training institute in Pune, and co-founder and Managing Director of A Factor, a role-based education venture built on the idea that vocational training should be organised around professional roles rather than lists of competencies or technologies.
