What happens in the room
The seminar does what Chapter 4 does for Arjun: it hands the audience a vocabulary. By the end, every person in the room can name the Dependent and the Avoider in their own building, and has seen the eight steps run on one example drawn from the audience — a proposal, a campaign, a syllabus, a festival. It ends with the AMQ, taken on phones, so people leave with a placement and a path.
Formats
- Colleges: for final-year and pre-placement cohorts; faculty welcome. The student version of Chapter 10 is the spine.
- Companies: for all-hands or a function; the leadership version of Chapter 13 is included when leaders are in the room.
- Conferences and panels: a forty-minute keynote cut is available.
Where it is not the right format
A seminar gives vocabulary. It does not build the muscle; that needs a project, and a project needs a day or a course. If your people have already read the book, start with a masterclass.
