Who runs this

This site is operated by Nandan Gijare, Pune, India. Using it means accepting what is on this page.

What you may do

Read, quote and link to anything here, with attribution. Print the worksheets and use them for your own work, inside your team, or with a class you teach. Run the framework on anything you like; it was written to be used, and no permission is needed to use it.

What you may not do

Sell the worksheets or any other material from this site, on their own or inside something else. Present the Amplifier Framework, the three types, the Decision Filter or the AMQ as your own work, or teach them commercially under another name. Copy the site's text into a book, course or product of your own. The text, the framework and the assessment are the author's work and remain his; the name "The Amplifier" and the framework's terminology are used as marks of that work.

If you want to run a workshop or a course built on the framework, that is a conversation worth having rather than a line to cross. Write to nandan.gijare@gmail.com.

About the AMQ

The AMQ is a self-assessment built on scenarios, not a validated psychometric instrument. It is designed to show you a pattern in how you work and to give you somewhere sensible to start. It is not a clinical, psychological or professional assessment, it should not be used to hire, fire, grade or rank anyone, and its thresholds will be adjusted as real answers accumulate.

Nothing here is career, legal, financial, medical or educational advice for your particular situation. The book and this site describe a way of thinking; what you decide to do with your own work, studies or career is yours to judge, and worth discussing with someone who knows your circumstances.

Tools named on this site

The tool directory names real products in order to be useful. Those names change quickly, none of the companies behind them are connected to this site, nothing is a paid placement, and no promise is made that any tool will do what it claims or will still exist when you read it. The categories are the point; the names are examples.
