Masterclasses
A day. One real project from your team, run through all eight steps, with the author in the room and the structural problem found on purpose. Small groups, teams preferred.
Not scheduled yet. The book comes first; these are being planned for after it is out. Leave your email on this page and you will hear when dates exist.
The shape of the day
Morning: Step 1 alone and on paper, then the flow with AI as reviewer, then the Decision Filter on the real task list — the three steps teams skip. Afternoon: tools, briefing, execution on a slice of the work, and integration, where the day is designed so that a structural problem surfaces and is traced back rather than patched. The day ends with each participant's AMQ and a First Fortnight plan for the next project.
Who it is for
Teams of six to fifteen who work together, with their lead in the room — the lead's visible engagement is half the point, as Chapter 13 argues. Product, marketing, engineering, operations, faculty; the framework does not care which.
What you leave with
One project structured; a task list assigned; a briefing pattern the team can reuse; and the difference between a small fix and a structural problem, felt rather than read.
